Dishonest Company with no Customer Service

Beware that this company does not follow the refund policy published on their site. You will be ignored and denied both a refund, return, and return shipping label. They will not answer their phone, chat, or emails. If you are going to deny my return, at least have the courage to state it instead of ignoring me.
